This equipment is ideally suited for vertical
godowns on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. Corrugated boxes, trays
and crates of varying sizes can be brought down to ground
floor for direct loading into trucks at a speed of 11
boxes/minute. Equipment is versatile for different sizes of
boxes and crates upto 600L x 500W upto 30Kg./each. Two trucks
can be loaded simultaneously with a double discharge unit.
Equipment consists or single strand heavy duty chain and
finger cradles at uniform pitches to pick up the boxes from
finger rollers on 1st, 2nd or 3rd floors and automatically
discharge at ground floor level directly into trucks. |
